I reserve this time specifically for you. Please let me know if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. This will allow others to book that time. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours and 100% charge for cancellations within 3 hours or No Shows. If you’re 15 minutes late past appointment time, you are considered a No Show.
