We reserve this time just for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total, including the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%, with the deposit applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the full charge will apply. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain about your appointment when booking. If you decide to cancel, your deposit will be converted into credit for future bookings. Rescheduling • If you reschedule more than three times, your deposit will be forfeited.
